Driver agreement

Patrick Airport Transportation Service, LLC d/b/a CHATP Concierge — Version 4.0

1. Independent contractor

You drive as an independent contractor (1099), not an employee. You control your own hours and methods and may drive for others. You are responsible for your own taxes, vehicle expenses, and insurance.

2. Revenue split (85 / 15)

You receive 85% of the fare on each completed trip. The Company retains 15% as a platform and dispatch fee.

3. Your first year is free. There is no sign-up cost and no monthly platform fee for your first twelve months. After that a $39.00 monthly subscription applies, which includes your personalised business cards and flyers, your dispatch extension, and your share of the shared advertising fund. You will be told before it begins and may cancel at any time.

4. Optional accounting service

A monthly accounting statement — earnings against real vehicle running costs — is available for $15.00 per month. It is entirely optional and never automatic.

5. Documents

Before you are fully cleared for dispatch you will provide a valid driver's licence, proof of vehicle insurance, and evidence of an active rideshare or livery account. You may provide these now or later, but runs cannot be assigned until they are on file.

6. Service standards

Maintain a clean, safe, insured, properly licensed vehicle; arrive on time; treat every guest with courtesy; confirm assigned trips promptly; follow all applicable laws and Company policies, including non-discrimination and service-animal rules.

7. Term & termination

Either party may end this agreement on written notice. The Company may suspend or remove a driver for loss of licence or insurance, unsafe conduct, or breach. Governed by Ohio law.
