This policy explains what CHATP Airport Rideshare collects, why, and what choices you have. We are a small local transportation company, and the short version is that we collect what is needed to drive you to the airport and nothing more.
To arrange and provide your transportation, to send your confirmation and invoice, to place your pre-trip confirmation call, and to keep records required for accounting and legal compliance.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Only the service providers needed to operate: our booking and database platform, our email delivery provider, and our telephone and messaging provider. Each receives only what is necessary. Your assigned driver receives the details required to complete your trip.
Mobile numbers collected for transactional purposes are not used for marketing unless you have separately opted in. Opt-in records are retained as required by law. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means — replying STOP, calling, emailing, or telling your driver — and we will honor it promptly.
Reservation and invoice records are kept as long as needed for business and tax purposes. Marketing consent records are kept for at least five years, as required to demonstrate compliance.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask to be removed from marketing, or ask that your information be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Call or text 216-293-6500 or email reservations@airport-transportation.net.
Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
