These terms apply to transportation services provided by CHATP Airport Rideshare, operating as Cleveland Hopkins Airport Transportation Partners.
Rides are pre-booked. When you submit a reservation you receive a confirmation containing a trip number. A booking is confirmed when we send that confirmation, not when you submit the form. Requests made within 90 minutes of pickup are accepted subject to driver availability and are confirmed by dispatch.
Fares are flat rates determined by pickup ZIP code and destination airport. The rate quoted at booking is the rate you pay. We do not apply surge, peak, holiday, or weather pricing. Additional stops requested during a trip, or waiting time beyond a reasonable pickup window, may incur an additional charge, which will be discussed with you before it is applied.
Payment is collected at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and cash. No deposit is required to reserve a ride.
You may change or cancel a reservation by calling or texting 216-293-6500. Please have your trip number and the last four digits of your phone number ready. We ask for as much notice as you can give, particularly for early morning pickups.
As a courtesy, we place an automated confirmation call approximately one hour before every scheduled pickup. This call is part of the service you booked and is not marketing.
Transactional messages. When you provide a mobile number, we send messages relating to the ride you booked: confirmations, driver updates, and schedule changes. These are part of the service.
Marketing messages. We send marketing texts only to customers who have separately and affirmatively opted in. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You may also revoke consent by calling, texting, emailing, or simply telling your driver.
Drivers may decline or end a trip where a passenger's conduct presents a safety concern, or where the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity. Child safety seats are the responsibility of the passenger unless arranged in advance.
We build buffer time into every airport transfer and track flights where a flight number is provided. We are not liable for missed flights resulting from traffic, weather, road closures, or other conditions outside our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the affected trip.
